Draper's Gardens, London

A structure of 29 storeys / 90m high, to date the tallest demolition project carried out in the UK.

This project was extremely challenging as we were unable to build the scaffolding from the ground due to it being pedestrianised, therefore it was built off a series of beams on the 2nd floor, able to withstand the weight of the whole structure.

The scaffold was erected by 8 operatives in 12 weeks, with a team left on site to progressively dismantle the structure.

Victoria Road, Bristol

This project formed part of the regeneration of Bristol City centre shopping scheme, the scaffold provided was fully encapsulated with protection fans and fully sheeted. This again was a demolition project which meant the scaffold had to come down progressively with the building.

The structure was erected in just over a week with a team of 4 operatives.
